Chicken Noodle Soup Recipe 1 - 1 1/2 lb package of chicken breasts or tenders 10-12 cups of water 1 box of chicken stock 1 Tbsp Better than Buillion 1 onion - chopped 4 - 5 stalks of celery - chopped 3 - 4 large cloves of garlic (pressed or chopped) 1 small bag of organic baby carrots Fresh herbs (I used lots of whole basil leaves, a few sprigs of oregano, a few sprigs of thyme cut up, some rosemary cut up, a handful of chopped parsley) salt and pepper to taste 2 Tbsp. of honey 1 bag of Fideo noodles Put the water, chicken, chicken stock and buillion on to boil. Chop and prepare all other ingredients while chicken is coming to a boil. Add onion, celery, garlic, and herbs as you get them chopped. Add baby carrots (or 4 -5 carrots, chopped). Add salt and pepper and honey. Let simmer about an hour or until onions and celery are clear and chicken is done. (If you used chicken breasts, take them out and chop them and add them back once done.) When everything is done and soup is perfect to taste, add Fideo noodles and cook to instructions on package...when done, turn fire off. Serve and enjoy!
