Chitungwiza youths speak out on Constituency development fund allocation for 2015 National Budget. Organizing for Zimbabwe Trust met with young residents in Chitungwiza on our current campaign to foster citizen dialogue with the Media on discussions which evolved around health care and service delivery- a democratic right. A number of issues were raised by young people as they expressed concern on how city council have normalized an abnormal health hazard environment in Chitungwiza. Chitungwiza Council is demanding $US5 from each household on top of the normal rates payable which residents felt it’s unconstitutional. Discussing around the recent allocation of 50 000 US constituency development Fund, the general view was that council prioritize health threatening problems among them lack of water and busting sewer system. #O4Z #Health is a #HumanRight
