Chocolate Maple Fudge 1/2 cup butter (It doesn’t have to be softened, but break into pieces) 1/2 cup of coconut oil 1 cup of cocoa powder 3/8 cup maple syrup 1 tbsp of vanilla extract 1 pinch of sea salt Optional, but delicious: 1 tsp cinnamon 1/4 cup soaked, chopped pecans Butter an 8X8 pan. Put ingredients into a food processor; mix together until smooth. Spread fudge into greased pan; place in freezer for about an hour. Remove from freezer, cut into bite-sized pieces and enjoy!
