Choose your teacher and/or presenter with PhD beside their name and give this to them and ask if they would exercise, a big part of these Echo lessons: 1) no dream necessary 2) dont seek happiness 3) remember it is all luck to be here 4) exercise! 5) be hard on your opinions 6) science is just a term of human observation 7) please be a teacher; a male primary school teacher 8) define yourself by what you love 9) respect people that are less powerful than you. But get this : 1 metre is 3 feet and 15 metres is around 45 feet and pleasure boating meets the criteria for all 9 Echo life lessons because 1 metre equals 3.28084 feet...as taking it for granted means they take it for granted because they know nothing because they dont act even when they are educated; so it all goes downhill from there!
