Christ for ALL Mankind Folks God Is Really Listening Are You Listening To Hear God There’s something special about interacting with spiritually “strong” Christians. What I have discovered is that they know God is really listening. The confidence to believe that the Lord hears us develops through having the experience of answered prayers. A good friend of mine just shared with me the other day of how he asked God for a barbecue grill and within two days his prayer was answered. Hearing his experience really uplifted my faith. The scripture below reminds us that God is listening to our heart’s cries.Psalms 34:17 The righteous cry out, and the LORD hears them;he delivers them from all their troubles.18 The LORD is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit. Trust God today with all of your needs. He hears our every prayer and knows our every thought. One thing I really enjoy is keeping a journal of daily events. On the pages of my spiral-bound notebooks I keep track of the prayers I’ve prayed. It is a delight to look through the pages and see how may of the things I asked God for that he provided. God hears and answers prayer. He is listening for your heart cry today.Take a few minutes to kneel before your God and pray. I’ve found this to be a great way to begin my day.
