Christmas Service—Dec. 21, 2014. This coming Sunday would be Christmas Service. We will have skits from SCENE I to SCENE VI SCENE I: Mary and Gabriel SCENE II: Joseph and Gabriel SCENE III Joseph and Mary went to Bethlehem in Judea SCENE IV Joseph and Mary stay in the stable and she gave birth to her firstborn, a son. SCENE V Shepherds and angels, SCENE VI SHEPHERDS: “The Saviour is born! His name is Jesus!” On SCENE V ((Shepherds come up to “hillside”. Sheep BAA (green Christmas lights on) ........Shepherds sit around the fire to keep warm with hand-held mike– Angels wait in side room. NARRATOR: And there were in that same country shepherds keeping watch over their flocks by night in the fields. (angel appears with headset (bell rings) – shepherds fall in fear). And the angel of the Lord appeared to them, (SPOTLIGHT & Christmas lights on) And the glory of the Lord shone over them and they were very scared. ANGEL – : Don’t be afraid, for I bring you good news of great joy for all people. This very night in the town of David, a Saviour has been born for you. He is Christ the Lord. And this sign will prove it to you. You will find the baby wrapped in cloths and lying in a manger. (other angels fan out across the stage singing Gloria And suddenly, there was with the angel, a great army of heaven’s angels, singing, “Glory to God in the Highest Heaven and Peace on earth to all who please Him.” When I read on this then I thought that I can play my harmonica “Silent night” as a background music when NARRATOR is reading and the angel is saying. The harmonic will be played from weak to strong as if its from far to near...(The angels were from heaven...) So here the practice version. Just a practice, hopefully I can make it better on Sunday. youtu.be/-bBeJ23Qtnc
