Christy says~ I have suffered with food addiction and compulsive overeating my whole life. I have also suffered with PCOS, IBS and manic depression/anxiety, high triglycerides, acid reflux, migraines and chronic fatigue. I had made the decision get healthy (for the millionth time) at the beginning of December 2013, before I even knew what Plexus was. I had done and tried EVERYTHING and therefore, it was important for me to go at this journey “drug free” as I began working out regularly and eating clean with great support from my personal trainer. A month later, I decided to try Plexus Slim after I saw some great changes in my husband. I wanted something for the natural energy boost and to help get through workouts but soon came to find out I was loaded with Candida…Gross! I am proud to show my pictures but my story with Plexus is about so much more than weight loss. It is not an exaggeration to say…I am a completely different person. Today, the mental fog has lifted.
