Ciao. Buongiorno! For the current Italian Studies students at The International Culinary Center and for the FUTURE students, I hope to see you all today at #ICC. This afternoon at 3:30pm I am doing a demo for the current students and alumni. I am going to teach: my #truetuscan pontormo salad, orecchiette con salsiccia and one of my favorite things crudo. And tonight is an open house the Italian Studies program. The Italian Culinary Experience program is the country’s only professional cooking program that sends you to Italy for 18 weeks to really see, taste, and experience Italian cuisine. If you are thinking about becoming a chef tonight you can come to take the first steps in making your culinary dream a reality.
