Cindy’s helpful hints when hard-boiling eggs: 1) Remember that you have a pot of water boiling on the stove, before there’s only an inch of water remaining. 2) Put more water in the pot. 3) Insert eggs into re-boiling water. 4) Boil for however long. *shrug* 5) Assume they’re done and remove pot from stove. 6) Drain eggs and rinse pot to cool down. 7) Re-submerge eggs in cold tap water. 8) Crack a tray of ice cubes into pot of (hopefully) hard-boiled eggs and now-tepid tap water. 9) Easy peel!
