Citizen Report -There is a large white bully breed dog running around downtown, male, he has a collar on....last seen by the city bank near Lasyones. Looked to be a mastiff mix...or a VERY large boxer. Collar was either faded red, or orange...he wasnt thin but did look lost and anxious. He was headed towards front street, but then stopped on the corner and stood there. Does anyone know whose dog if could be? Can someone help it?
