Civil Judge Class II examination, M.P. Result is out. I am sure as the character of students of M.P. is concerned that they must not have read the book on judgment writing as they do not want to labour hard. After prelims sever phones were attended me asking when I will start judgment writing classes. But be sure they must not have read any book on judgment writing from page 1 to last as now a days reading is a great problem. They insist that I should hold class. When I hold classes the students join me are completely blank. For final exam please read any question answer book like ALA or 20 questions series so that those who are zero may start identifying figures like 1,2,3 and so on. One most know leading cases which from time time appears on FB or Livelaw etc. Without your labour I would not be able to guide. For last 34 years I have guided free of cost and and my experience is that students have exploited me.The extent is that they did not even convey that they are selected. Their reaction is that they get through exams not because of namjoshis guidance but because they laboured hard. They also give credit to those institutions where they took coaching on payment of heavy fees. Free food in Anna Chhatra or longer has no taste but in hotels after eating sub standard food of no good taste they pay for food and also pay tip also. What a great greedy society is . I am seeing how they laboured hard. Judges who are working are not giving good performance. HOW EVER IF I GET ACCOMMODATION FOR FREE COACHING I MAY GUIDE ON 14, 15 16 AND 17 THE FEBRUARY 2015. I WILL HAVE TO REQUEST HIGH COURT FOR DELISTING FOR MY NAME FOR 16TH FEB. BUT IF CASES ARE FIXED FOR THAT DATE I WILL NOT TAKE CLASSES ON THAT DAY. IT IS TENTATIVE PROGRAMME. COME WITH BOOKS AND NOTEBOOK ALSO. I HAVE MARKED THAT STUDENTS DO NOT LIKE TO BRING STUDY MATERIAL WITH THEM . DO NOT TROUBLE ME ON MOBILE.
