Cleared up a misunderstandin with a good friend, Henry Ralph Burden Sr, just now. Boy, thats a wonderful thing!! :))) John, the PT, just left. He said Im doin GREAT! I walked in the wheeled walker from the front door up over the incline in the livingroom (the sunken part; this house was built in 1952,,,when such things were in vogue) into the kitchen...which has a rock, and uneven, floor...and to the fridge. He challenged me to open the fridge door (its a side by side), reach in, and move somethin inside. So I did...I reached to the top shelf and got a jar of jam (blackberry fruit spread, actually), and moved it down to the middle shelf!! Woot woot!! And I was steady the whole time!!! And John agreed not to use the dang gait belt, which I despise. He said I did so good that he didnt feel a need to use that thing. :)))) He said also that it was a miracle that I was doin so well after such a horrible stroke,,,and I agreed fervently with him. Johns a believer. :) No surprise, cause I asked Abba that he would be.
