Clearing skies late tonight, may allow for enough nocturnal - TopicsExpress

Clearing skies late tonight, may allow for enough nocturnal cooling for areas of fog to develop before sunrise. Any fog that does develop, will quickly dissipate after sunrise. Then, for the rest of Friday into Saturday...Enjoy the spring-like mild temperatures before significantly colder air invades our area by Sunday...and hangs around for a good part of next week. High pressure over the Gulf of Mexico, will supply mild breezes across our area on Friday and part of Saturday. Dry air associated with the high, will give us mostly sunny skies both days. Afternoon temperatures should reach the lower 70s on Friday and the mid-60s on Saturday. By later Saturday, a dry cold front will sweep across the area and usher in temperatures that will not get out of the 50s during the daytime hours and fall to the 30s and 40s at night (Sunday through most of next week). Some areas may have their first scrapeable frost of the fall season.
