Job Summary: Answer multi line phone system Type customer estimates in Word Communicate and assist customers with orders and service related inquiries. General office functions (filing, etc) Able to assist customers Schedule appts and support sales staff Communicate clearly and professionally. Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Strong attention to details with good organization skills.
