Here are some of my fav move from the 21 day fix ab FIX workout! ➡️side planks touches - 1 min - double tap with your hips on each side in low plank ➡️bicycle kicks - 30 seconds each leg. - bring your leg back , bend your knee and kick your leg forward. - this is a great leg, core and booty workout! ➡️side plank hip raises - 30 seconds per side. - with one elbow on the ground and your feet stacked being your other hand to your hip or straight up to make it a bit more challenging . Lift your hip up and keep your core tight! - work those obliques !
