Client feedback: I had the best home buying experience. I am a first time homebuyer and didn’t know what to expect. Nik Shewmaker, my realtor from Village Real Estate, immediately put me at ease. If I had questions, she would make sure to get an answer for me, if she didn’t already know the answer. She was very honest with me and made sure I had all the information I needed about each prospective house; There was a house that had rentals around it, and she made me aware of that, so I could make my own informed decision. She followed through on everything and made sure that I was happy. She has a great personality and anyone would be blessed to have her as their realtor. The lender with SWBC, Connie Eddy, was also wonderful. She seemed to be very knowledgeable and was very helpful, and the common theme, always kept me at ease. Her assistants, Susan Hazen and Susan Chittom were very helpful and easy to work with as well. The closing attorney at Rudy Title, Meagan Pauler (sp?) was great too. Great personality, very knowledgeable and answered all my questions thoroughly. I thought it was going to be like a car buying experience, but it wasn’t……It was a most pleasant experience.
