Conduct internal satisfaction surveys for service delivery feedback and participate in the quality meetings/circles & business-O&T meetings to assess customer feedback 2. Design/develop innovative solutions and automated programs to increase STP levels 3. Efficient use of e banking channels 4. Well established customer enquiries handling and resolution procedures and timeliness 5. Robust and dynamic workflow processes •Process/Technical related activities 1. Effective risk based controls and operating procedures 2. Awareness and Compliance with regulatory requirements and bank policies and procedures including SAMA guidelines 3. Satisfactory Audit results 4. High level of staff awareness about operational risk, controls, and compliance requirements. 5. Stringent measures to adhere and respond to regulatory and compliance requirements •People/Leadership/Teamwork/Corporate Citizenship related activities (1) Highly effective and motivated Cash Management team through proper selection, retention and career growth plans. (2) Develop and implement of plans, goals-short and long terms and reward appropriately. (3) Strong visionary with proven leadership qualities.
