[Coaching Opportunity] The internet is a great source of information but it can be a confusing place with more and more info applicable to fitness models/competitors rather than fitness enthusiasts who are looking to improve. While the information helps some people it can also alienate those who need help the most. Id like to help out. I have spaces on my online coaching program and I would like to open them up to those who want to be a better version of themselves but may feel a little intimidated by the process of coaching or feel overwhelmed by what they read or simply dont know what to do. The program gives you everything you need to make considerable changes to your physique and health and you will work directly with me for the whole time. I cant work with everyone so all I ask is that you can perform the big lifts well and have 6 months -1 year minimum lifting experience under your belt. Knowing how to track macros is a bonus but it is something we can work on on the program if not. Obviously you have to be Kommitted!
