Cohen, is a little superhero. Hes a 2 year old Greenbrier County boy suffering from a rare condition and today his family is bringing awareness and helping create the need for research. Today, October 14th is global FPIES day, It stands for food protein induced entrocolitis syndrome. Its a condition so rare that Cohens primary physicians had never heard of it. Cohen right now is dependent on a feeding tube. He cannot eat food or take most medications because they send his body into life threatening shock, needing emergency medical treatment.
