Colder than models? I hinted at it and here is the HRRR (rapid update) showing temps even colder. I have to be honest though: The main issue may be diesel fuel that busses use can gel when it gets too cold. But as long as they can run, a 2 hour delay will not make much of a difference in how it feels outside between 7 and 9 am. The temp might bump a little (3 to 5 degrees), but the wind will increase making it feel essentially the same.
