Information overload, chronic worry, competitiveness, selfishness (ego distortion), and dishonesty are the greatest causes of physical strain among humans at this time in Earths History, as the Universe asks us all to re-align our thoughts and intentions with Universal Truth and Respect for the Creative and Energetic Output of all beings.
