Shack entrees...Pulled Pork Sliders- Three sliders made from tender pieces of braised pulled pork, glazed with our signature BBQ sauce, topped with homemade crispy onion straws on a toasted roll-$8 Grilled Tri Tip Sandwich- This tri tip is seared at a high heat then grilled to perfection. Thin sliced cuts are placed on a toasted ciabatta roll with an amazing roasted garlic horseradish aioli, provolone cheese, then topped with arugula. Served with a fresh side of green salad with strawberries, walnuts, and our homemade balsamic vinegarette-$11 Mac-N’-Cheese- This will definitely not leave you with a case of the blue box blues! Made with gouda, parmesan, asiago, & cheddar cheese, chunks of bacon, and topped with fresh homemade breadcrumbs. Served in a 9-inch to-go tin, just in case it’s more than you can handle-$13 Grilled Gouda Sandwich with Tomato Soup- Grilled sourdough bread with gouda, parmesan, asiago, and cheddar cheese. Served with a bowl of our roasted garlic tomato soup-$8
