Come out to the theatre tonight for another NYFCS (one night only) showing of a fabulous indie film. This time we are showing Chef which stars Jon Favreau, Sofia Vergara, John Leguizamo, Scarlett Johansson, Bobby Canavale, Dustin Hoffman, Robert Downey Jr., and Oliver Platt. Tickets are $12 (as it is a special event) Doors open at 6:30, pre-show at 7pm, and film at 7:30. Be sure to stay after the credits for a simulcast of a Q&A with the films stars and director. The show is suspected to draw a large crowd tonight so it might be wise to call and preorder tickets to pick up at will call. Remember, The State Theatre is a non-profit historical gem in our city so every penny you spend goes directly to keeping this place alive and well.
