Nose: Delicious waves of chocolate and sultanas with delicate hints of dried apricots all balanced with a gentle warmth of ginger and black pepper from the carefully selected oak. Palate: A sweet character of figs, dates and touches of milk chocolate fill the palate with a warm white pepper adding a contrasting spiced depth. A delicate stewed barley note completes the sherry character. Finish: Long, lingering and creamy with bursts of spice.
