Community of Asan said their peace about the Mabini but the Mayor adjourned the meeting without everyone speaking there concern... PI Consulate spoke and mentioned that he brought up the monument to the Mayors Council (like he washed his hands and hes clear from whatever bcuz he got approval from Mayor Margret Blas and her MPC)... I think they are still having the unveiling on Monday at 4 PM) and the residents and community will have a peaceful protest) on that day... cops were at the meeting this evening due to so much hostility against this monument being built without the communitys involvement... I guess we can await what the Mayor and MPC are going to do before Monday comes around. they were still in session... ai sus... people were so mad and disappointed on the Mayor and her MPC. MPC members are appointed by the Mayor and are all close friends of the mayor. of course they are all going to vote Yes for approval...(Political so that they can do whatever they want) WRONG Again... I thought that we the village/community voted for the Mayor and she works for us... we all have a say.... I am really glad that a lot of the village people showed up and at least have their say... people power at best.. not all but some... Meeting or I should say gathering was stopped by the Mayor so that they can continue their session..... nuff said...
