The .NET Lead translates functional business requirements into design specifications and application code and guides the team to implement scalable solutions. 2. Technical direction is provided to development staff and progress is monitored on the development tasks. 3. The lead developer is responsible for facilitation of design, development, unit testing and integration testing of completed WIC application modules. Candidate Profile: Qualifications: 1. Any Graduate .Net Developer: 1. 3-8 years of proven development leadership skills 2. 3+ years of strong experience with .NET framework (Especially with Visual Basic.NET, C#.Net, MVC, Windows Presentation Framework (WPF), Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), Entity Framework) 3. Experience with MVC 4. Experience with UML and Object Oriented Design, Analysis, and Programming 5. Experience with Enterprise Architect preferred but not required 6.
