Completed my favorite Insanity session this morning, Pure Cardio. This session is 38 minutes in length. There is a warm up, stretch then approximately 16 minutes of non-stop cardio, then another stretching session. After Insanity, I also did a traditional strength training session and trained upper/lower back. After these first two sessions I was able to complete a little bag work. On the bag, I am training cardio, strength endurance, power and proper technique.
