No. of Vacancies 01 Job Description / Responsibility Responsible for managing the company`s social compliance program on a country-wide basis, with specific areas of: Develop and implement plan of action for factories/ supply base to meet and maintain social compliance standards. Conduct and review BSCI audits in accordance with company and international standards; Implement corrective actions plans and monitor to completion; Support 3rd party factory audits as per buyers` requirements; Create monthly activities review and forecasting; Conduct announced and unannounced advisory meetings with factory management teams; Work closely with internal customers and management teams as the local point for all compliance matters; Conduct factory per-acceptance screening/assessment for social compliance. Develop plans of actions with factories, an monitor accordingly; Candidate must possess the highest ethical work standards. Job Nature Full-time Educational Requirements Graduation/ Post Graduation in HRM Experience Requirements 1 to 2 year(s) The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): General HR Additional Job Requirements Age 25 to 30 year(s) Only females are allowed to apply. Sound knowledge regarding national labor laws. Additional background in H&M Code of Conduct, WRAP, SA8000 and BSCI standards. ISO knowledge and skills are a plus; Minimum 1-2 years practical experience in compliance. Experience and proven ability to handle/ help factories development and maintain compliance standards; Strong skills in report writing and correspondence; Effective communication, problem solving.
