Congratulations to Kat Tiscornia for being named Outstanding Young Philanthropist for 2014! She is truly an inspiring young lady (just watch the video to see for yourself!). The thumbnail photo below is one that I took of her during her speech just before the epic paddle raise at last years Nordstrom Guild Auction for Seattle Childrens Hospital. Just last week I had the great opportunity to chat with her on the same day that she received her award when she attended a very informative event in Seattle celebrating great advancements in the fight against pediatric cancer. AND, I am doubly excited that she will be speaking at the auction that Im doing this coming Saturday night for the Circle Of Hope Guild for Childrens. Im sure she will knock it out of the park again.
