FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE September 16, 2013 2013 UNITED WAY PUBLIC SERVICE BBQ- CAMPAIGN LAUNCH Every year the United Way Campaign gets wonderful support from the public servants in Sault Ste. Marie and the district. They kickoff their United Way campaign with a BBQ, jointly organized by municipal, provincial and federal employees. This year marks the 7th Annual Public Service BBQ Lunch and it will be held on Thursday September 19, 2013 from 11:30 am -1:30 pm at the Roberta Bondar Pavilion. Tickets are $5.00 and are available by calling Faye at the United Way office at 705-256-7476 X207. Everyone is welcome to attend this lunchtime event. There will be live entertainment and a silent auction. So bring your appetite and come and learn how a donation to United Way impacts the quality of life right here in our community.
