Congratulations to Yorks Cody DuBiel who threw a no-hitter Friday night during the Livingston Devil Dogs 5-0 win over Avon/HF-L at Baker Field in Livonia. The junior to be at YCS, only threw 79 pitches on his way to his first career no-hitter as the Devil Dogs improved to 12-2 on the season in 17U MCBR action. The no-no was preserved in the top of the seventh on Jameson Morans (Geneseo) sliding catch in right. Matt Acomb (Livonia) also made several nice plays at third base for the Devil Dogs. Anthony Bianchi was 3-3 at the plate for Livingston.
