Congratulations to our Valleyfair Cares raffle winner, Jane Hanson, who won Delta plane tickets! Her reaction to winning: “No Way! I never win anything!” She and her fiancé plan to use the tickets to visit family in Philadelphia. Childhood cancer research is very meaningful to her, so purchasing a raffle ticket was an easy decision. Jane is fighting her own battle with stomach cancer, and she says she can’t imagine the lost feelings and pain children with cancer undergo. We are so happy to send Jane on a well-deserved vacation.
