Congratulations to our push up challenge team for a great month! Job Well Done!!!! Were going to move into our sit up/crunch challenge. When we are putting all of our exercises together we are now doing a FULL BODY CHALLENGE. Do we want to break the exercises up into days now or is everyone still okay with doing all the exercises everyday? As long as were not doing weights we can do them daily (Now per our crunch schedule) but I want to hear from you. Here is what we will be doing: Planking for as long as possible, 250 squats, 100 push ups & we will be adding our crunches. What do you say?
