She will be in the hospital for about a month while she builds back her immune system. Last year, Mary & Richs spirits were lifted b y all the cards, drawings and notes she received from the Miracle League community during her previous lengthy hospital stay. If you or your child would like to send something to Mary and Rich, please send it to Miracle League of Massachusetts, Attn: Mary & Rich, PO Box 524, Acton MA 01720 and well be sure they get it. Registration for the Spring 2014 season is open! Although we are not sure if it will ever stop snowing, the Miracle League 2014 spring season is just around th e corner! This years season runs from May 3rd through June 14th. Assuming our enrollment levels are similar to the fall, the game times will be 9:00, 10:15, 11:30, 12:45 and 2:00, with older athletes playing in the morning and younger athletes playing in the afternoon. Our games will still be at the Joseph Lalli Miracle Field at NARA Park in Acton. You can register online by clicking on this link and following the instructions below: 1. If you registered online with us for the fall season, then enter your login information on the login page. If you are like me and have no clue what your password is, click on Forgot Password? and instructions will be automatically emailed to you. You can skip to step 3. 2. If you are new to the Miracle League, you must set up a Family Account for yourself and your child as a Participant. 3. After you login, click on the Participant tab. Find your childs name and click on register (which should be on the right hand side under edit|register). 4. On the next page, click on Register (on the left side) next to Spring 2014 Athlete. 5. Be sure to answer all the questions. If it doesnt apply, just type n/a or no or whatever you want, but there has to be something typed in the box or you will get bounced back by the system. If that happens, all of your answers get messed up for some reason. 6. On this same page, read the league policy and click the Accept Policy box. &nbs p; Then click Proceed to Checkout. 7. Click on Checkout and your child is registered! If your child has any friends or classmates who might be interested in playing, please be sure to direct them to our website too!! Wed love to have as many kids playing as possible. The registration deadline is APRIL 1st so register online today! Save the Date! Back by popular demand...the 3rd annual Fathers Day FunFest and 5K Road Race. This event will be held on Sunday, June 15th at NARA Park in Acton. The day will be filled with a 5K run/walk, bouncy houses, pony rides, live entertainment, childrens games, food, a post-season father/child Miracle League game and much more. There will be lots more information to come. Mark this date on your calendar as its sure to be lots of fun for not only fathers, but the whole family!
