A commemorative ceremony is held with the President, Chairman of the National Assembly, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court and the original constitutional meeting contributors in attendance, and electorate hang the nationwide flag in commemoration. Special activities equivalent to marathons are regularly held.In view that 2008, Constitution Day in South Korea is no longer a no work public holiday, following the restructure of rules relating to the general public sector with a forty-hour work week. Its nonetheless a nationwide holiday for commemoration.
