Continental Circus Berlin replied to my complaint this morning (remember they only responded to me after they had deleted my comment on the FB page over 30times, after this they asked me to contact them privately and then deleted that message too and once I had sent my complaint to their inbox, they then blocked my account). As they have blocked me from their page Im not able to reply to them, this is their message, I will post my response to them (which Im unable to send to them) in the comments below: All our staff have not yet reported for work yet but I have spoken to our Front of House Manager and he has confirmed to me that you were in fact given Ringside seats at yesterdays performance. I am however disappointed to hear that you were unhappy with the view. Im afraid I cannot offer you a partial refund as you were given the seats you paid for. However as a gesture of goodwill I am happy to invite you and your family back, as my guest, to see any of our remaining shows in Birmingham. I will give you an excellent Deluxe Grandstand view so you can see the performance from the front of the big top. I am currently looking into the others issues discussed in your message.
