Continuing with Real Estate: ...On one of my holiday trips to the US, I met a Nigerian from Edo State living in California. During our discussion, he indicated interest in owning a house in a good location in Lagos. On returning to Lagos, We found a plot of land for my friend in Crown Estate along the Lekki Peninsula. He sent funds for us to pay for the land and do the documentation. The next stage was to build a house of his dream. We amended his building plan to suit the reality on ground. To his amazement, we built a house of his dream with funds he sent to us. All through the period of construction, we exhibited professionalism in our work and thereby endeared his trust. Funds sent to us were judiciously applied to the project and proper accounts rendered. As the projects came to an end, we had succeeded in allaying his fears about doing business in Nigeria and with Nigerian. His candid opinion is that we are wonderful and rare breed of Nigerians. On my part, I am delighted to have made him regain trust and confidence in his country men by helping him acquire a magnificent house in the lovely serene environment of Crown Estate, Lekki, Lagos....
