Contraire de la Chanson (released 2005) This one is a bit of a strange animal. I think there is some very strong material on it, but it also has some tracks that I wouldve done differently today. CDLC was recorded in 3 different studios in Germany, Paris and London. Thats probably why it doesnt really sound or builds up more into a sort of union, so to speak. Also, its a loooong 2 CD set with over 150 mins of music on it. I think it wouldve been better to make a wise selection and release it as a single disc, or split it into 2 separate productions. However, it has some among fans very popular songs and elaborate pieces on it, like: Butterflies, Roundtrip, Memories never fade, Are we there yet?, Not...why Not? and the music-to-Monty Python-scene What have the romans ever done for us...?; and it actually became one of my better selling albums. cdbaby/cd/minnemann
