And, I have been cast as the lead lawyer, JACK LAWSON, in a production of David Mamets RACE to be in a 500 seat Equity union theater, The Nate Holden, in downtown LA. [Three attorneys, two black and one white(me) are offered the defense of a rich white man who has been charged with the rape of a poor black woman. All of them grapple with the evidence of the case and their own feelings about race and the lies, shame and guilt we all know.] With RACE, We are in the pre-production and intense rehearsal stage right now.
