Maria comes back and meets Santa and gets all the news about everyone, Carola thinks of how to torment Maricruz and plans towards it, Octavio goes to see Maricruz but she refuses to see him and breaks down in tears also Octavio doesnt know what to do and leaves meanwhile Jose Antonios condition gets worse and Ester gets worried, Doris waits outside the prison to see if her action worked. Carola and her friend start working on their plan to make Maricruz uncomfortable and they are supported by a warden and they get into a fight. Maria also decides to go to Mexico City but doesnt want to leave her donkey and Maricruz gets defended from the fight with Carola also Doris is bent on making Octavio believe that Maricruz killed Alfonso. Simona goes to Jose Antonio and Ester tells her the bad news but she believes if her husband gets crippled its his punishment but she will not leave his side. Solita and her mother together with Perico go and see Maricruz but she tells them shes fine and doesnt want a lawyer, Octavio talks to the lawyer and tells him to get Maricruz out of jail and Anibal confesses to Natasha about killing Alfonso. Episode 152... Engineer Alvaro goes to see Maricruz and tells her to let lawyer Navaro to defend him because hes an honest lawyer and if she doesnt want Doris to pay he will gladly pay him, Carola still wants to torment Maricruz meanwhile Anibal tells Natasha how he plunged a knife in Alfonsos heart because of his greed. Maricruz new friend in the prison tells her shes making a sacrifice for someone who wont thank her in return since shes making a fool out of herself. Natasha tells Anibal to go to the police but he will only do that if he recovers his painting and begs her to help him. Octavio goes to see Maricruz again but she tells him to his face that he should leave and never come back. Natasha tells Anibal to take care of himself but she will help him but she realises that hes crazy. Octavio tells Maricruz that hes innocent and she also says the same because she was trying to protect him a theres a passionate kiss between the two love birds, Simona and Ofelia go and see Jose Antonio in the hospital but the doctor wants to see Ester and finally gives her the worst news that her husband will never walk again. Octavio promises not to marry Doris but Maricruz still tells him not to come back, Clementina still wants revenge on Maricruz and tells her husband to do everything in his power to let her rot in prison Episode 153... Maricruz defends herself to the director of the prison but because all evidence points to her shes going to be locked in solitary. Octavio also talks to Doris about the innocence of Maricruz and his confusion about marrying her. Elsa gets upset with her aunt and doesnt want to see her father who is the Engineer Alvaro because hes over protective, Maria still cant control her donkey meanwhile Engineer Alvaro is not allowed to see Maricruz since shes in solitary confinement, and even though shes locked up Carola still goes to torment her but Maricruz warns her that shes not always going to be at the top of the game. Elsa finally allows her father in her room but she tells him that hes the cause of unhappiness because she was in love with Alfonso and he didnt allow her to be in a relationship. Octavio takes Doris to go and see his daughter and nephew and as usual she starts talking about their marriage in front of Juanita.
