Core work quickies! You COULD just lay on your back and do some crunches, or... you can mix it up with pretty {PiYo} moves like these. With #diastasisrecti {aka muscle damage/ ab separation} from my pregnancies, I have to be careful about how I engage my core, because often times more harm than good can be done. But these are examples of great ways to engage the abs, and still FEEL it the next day, without any harm done! Perfect way to start the day ✨
