Corporate Wellness Tip: Take a walk break. At least once a day, get up from your desk and give yourself a 2 to 5 minutes of walking time. The walk will get the blood pumping, stretch out the body and refresh the mind! Your boss would like that!?! Excuse yourself to go use the restroom. Use the restroom on another floor if youre in an office building or use the rest room in the building next door. Theres no rule against that! Evidence shows that well planned activity breaks in work help to make people more productive and healthier!!
