Participants will learn about: Seven proven conversations to have with your partnerto provide you a lifetime of love Managing disagreements Control negative interactions that cause pain and distance Developing a mutually supportive relationship Creating connection Shaping the positive moments that create a secure bond Understand the moves and moments that define a relationship The workshop reviews each of the 7 conversations in the book Hold Me Tight and contains the following: Teaching of the theory and practice of the conversations Video clips of real couples having the conversation Private couple exercises Group discussion Isn’t it Time to Invest in Your Relationship?
