Add chilies and cook, stirring, until fragrant. Add chicken and chilies to wok. Add thick broad-bean sauce, sugar and chicken powder, stirring. Add peanuts and stir to coast. Add cornstarch solution, and vinegar cook, stirring, until sauce boils and thickens. Enjoy!
