Court nullifies land titles in Playa Grande, which belong to the Leatherback National Park. Imagime, the owners of the property were demanding millionos of US% to indenmify them and consolidate the National Park designed to protecte leatherback turtles. What about the struggle driven by self proclamained pseudo enviromentalists like Freddy Pacheco to defend private interests in detriment of the leatherback turtle and the public interest? The State now recovers these lands, and for the scammed ones, dont act like victims. You all knew the lands you were buying were within the limits of a National Park.
