I was actually on my way to this area and would have been in the same plaza at the time of the shooting, but fortunately I had changed the appointment to a later time. Spent several hours of my day just 1/4 mile from there and had no idea anything unusual had happened. Even the people working in the area were oblivious by all appearances. Strange that a man can get shot to death in the AM and by the PM of that same day its business as usual.
