Creamy Rice Serves 6 • ⅔ cup (125g) short grain rice • ⅓ cup (85g) sugar • 1 ltr. milk • 2 tbs. (30g) butter In a large saucepan bring all the ingredients to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer until the rice has absorbed all of the milk.
