Creative Exercise: Tell me your ideal day. My previous business coach asked me to do this as part of a visualisation exercise and I found it really useful - maybe youll find it useful too, and Ill be honest, I also find these fascinating to read :) Tell me in as much detail as you like, what your perfect work day is like, from the time you wake up to when you go to sleep. Ps. If youve never done this before, you should print out a copy for yourself and read it every day for a year - magical shit happened after doing that in 2009-2010.
