Criticism about the invisibility and non-action of the BTeam by the Guardians Jo Confino. While certain members went off to do their own charities and foundations in the line of what the BTeam wants to achieve and some internal governance might have been cleared (although this would normally happen before you start...), the criticism is more than right: no visible impact, no visible programmatic plan, no visible (monetary) support for bigger scale projects. If Plan A has no future, Plan B hasnt shown vitality signs yet either. The only visible and rather annoying action so far was to ask others on their website to submit their ideas, and you could even see the writings on the wall that these big egos would eat them up and make them theirs. That is at least what many told me when I asked them. Probably too much suspicion still how serious these leaders take it together (not criticizing what they did individually). This first years hasnt helped to decrease this notion, unfortunately!
