CrossFit Hakata - New Open Report! 総合的な身体能力改善を目指すフィットネス『クロスフィット』ジム九州初登場！::: Yesterday we dropped by CrossFit Hakata, the first and only CrossFit gym in Kyushu. “CrossFit” – what’s that? It’s described as a highly efficient way to build strength and conditioning, and it’s also a competitive fitness sport. Taro and his wife Alex converted a warehouse located about 10 minutes by car from Hakata Station into a spacious gym replete with a fully padded floor and all the CrossFit equipment.
